We know that the impact of the Covid-19 virus is top of everyone’s mind, and we want you our customers to know that we are taking the situation very seriously. The health and welfare of all our staff members and customers is our top priority and we wish you nothing but the best during these unfortunate times.
We will try as much as possible to ensure that our provincially mandated essential services with our customers remain unaffected. Our field staff will continue to service your elevators and provide 24/7 emergency service as required. Our offices will remain open and continue to operate according to normal working hours. Unless there are further changes in Health Canada advisories, we will continue.
We continue to communicate with our employees and ask them to:
Socially distance themselves other employees
Refrain from shaking hands or embracing when meeting colleagues and other people during all business activities (such as sales, installations, maintenance, suppliers’ visit, etc.).
Inform their manager if they have been in contact with a verified case of Covid-19; have flu like symptoms; have a fever; they or a family member is planning to travel outside of Canada or the United States.
In addition, when our field technicians are on your site, they are instructed respect the guidelines that you have established.
